i made a choice a long time ago to not use the information provided on the internet.

this is because most of it (i learnt the hard way) is just advice to make you feel good.

it doesn’t help you solve your problems. it just helps you forget about them.

all my advice comes from real lived experiences/ observations/ challenges i’ve overcome successfully instead of recycled from a self help textbook.
